    This includes the inner chamber?
Sorry is a dumb question, I'm a little confused - the manual is a bit hard to follow.
    Thanks

No the inner chamber you fill with about 215cc. Bleed, then install the top cap assembly. Then compress and drain the excess.

So, there would be the 215cc in the inner and then another 372cc in the outer??

About 172-178ml in the inner and 372ml in the outer.

YOu start out with more than you need in the inner chamber. Then you bleed, and install the top cap and then drian the excess.

Thought you said you had the manual???? Go back and read it.
