    broken shock clicker adjuster? HELP PLEASE!!!

    hi, i thought about adjusting my rear shock for my 2005 crf250r
    i was using a flat head screw driver and i was turning and clicking to adjust till i reached the limit of the clicker on the oil/gas can thing and it came flying out of its postion and oil started coming out so i grabbed the little screw and put it back in and now it doesn't click or adjust can you please tell me what to do because i don't know what to do help me please? :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry:

    I assume you mean the low-speed compression adjustment. You've removed it from it's position internally. Take your shock into a professional shop and have it rebuilt. It should only cost you about $150-180 or so pending you don't need any parts. good luck...

    Go to a decent suspension place and get it set up for your weight and riding style while they have it apart - best thing you'll ever do.

    Excellent. Regardless, it's gonna need a rebuild to replace that part. Bummer.

    That price sounds pretty good actually. I can't get less than AU$200 down here in Melbourne.

    You might as well go for it. Whatever you get done will be cheaper than a new shock unless you can find one on ebay. Those sort of things are rare in Oz though unless you want to source from the US.
