2005 CRF 450 R stock suspension settings

    2005 CRF 450 R stock suspension settings

    I lost my owners manual and need to know the stock settings. Can anyone give me the stock clicker settings for the front and rear of the bike?
    Also, how much oil is supposed to be in the front forks? I believe I replaced it with 5 wt oil last time, is that right?
