Hi all - first post.
As per subject - I am after a supplier who sells 08 450X fuel tank socks. Cant seem to find one.

As far as I know they do not make one for the non EFI bikes , The only suggestion I could offer is to get the one for the 09 R and see if it fits the opening , I was considering doing the same thing for my 02 450R as I constantly get dirt in the tank when filling at the track , you could PM (Private Message) Ken , the owner here , and see if he can measure the sock opening and see if it matches the opening in the X tank .... I was going to do that , but got sidetracked

No problem ... Like I mentioned , I think the 09-16 one is about your only choice at this point ....

If you can , take some calipers , and find someone with a 09-16 and ask if you can measure their opening (the inside diameter) , and confirm it is the same as yours , if it is , then it will probably work , if it is really close , it still might work because there is a lip on the sock that should hold it in place depending on the difference in opening size ..... keep us posted .............................
