Help 09 CRF450X running rough mid to full throttle.

Just got back on a bike after 7 years and had a blast today!
My bike originated from CA so i have just installed a smog block off kit, cut the air box, JD jetting kit. 165 main, red needle 4th clip from top, 50 leak. Please note i made no adjustment to the fuel screw because didn't have tool to adjust today but have just ordered adjustable fuel screw and D socket to remove original screw.
At low rpm bike pulls very strong, but is just not running strong at mid to higher revs.
