With the exception of the swingarm "mods" (likely just made a fatter weld on the chain guide brackets), they are not doing anything you could not do yourself.
Having said that, it would be interesting to add up the cost of the bolt-ons + bike to see if it comes out above or below the $9,250 price. Absent that, $9,250 seems very reasonable.
No porting?
No ignition?
No Dirt Star wheel sets?
No suspension set up?
They take the racing bike at the end of the season, strip it down, put all the un-modified stock parts back on (wheels, fork, shock, plastics, carb, ignition, stator, cdi, etc) that were removed and stored, before for the full-race preperation.
Other than the R head parts, it's essentially a slightly warmed over X.
