Now more restricted than bwfore. Any help on this one chaps? Wtf did i do wrong. Have had many dirt bikes but this has never happened. Chain all good and bearings

    Thanks for helping

Does the axle slide in and out freely with the wheel off and with the wheel on ??

Is the center tube (where the axle slides thru) binding/cocked slightly and putting pressure on the axle ?? , you might have to loosen everything up and install the axle to check to make sure its not bound and causing the issue

Jim Dirt has a good suggestion. Also try moving the wheel with the chain off. This eliminates a chain binding scenario.

Loosen the axle nut but don't take it all the way off. Can you slide the axle freely? Does the wheel now spin? It is possible to over tighten and bind the rear assembly.

    Hope it helps !!
