Just wondering what kind of price a 05 is getting these days. I have an 05 with probably 5-600 hrs probably 30 on a full rebuild ( new crank, piston, gaskets etc. and all new suspension and wheel bearings ) it has trx valves a stage 2 hot cam, revalved and resprung for a 215lb rider. The plastic is the original so it's pretty rough, the wheels have a few dings in them. Ascetically it doesn't win any contests but rides very well. My finances have gotten really tight and I may have to sell it to make ends meet. I'm just wondering what kind of value it would have.

I find them on Craigslist going from $3000-$3500 on average for any of them under 08 in my area which is somewhat close to you (state wise) , it basically depends on condition , add-ons etc , i have a 06 and i know i could easily get $3500+ for mine , but mine is pretty clean and has add-ons , i have 3.2 tank white plastics plus the stock plastics , that maybe have 3-4 rides on them ,and 2.3 tank , black ProWheel rims , HotCams Stage 1 , Ferrea 1mm larger intakes (same size as TRX) , step seat , fatbars , risers, TrailTech Stryker, RaceTech Suspension front and rear including springs (i re-valved myself) Forks are Anodized Black , shock painted Black , Engine painted Black ,Triple Clamps polished , OEM muffler plus R muffler with Pro Moto Billet Endcap/spark arrestor , polished frame
so if yours is clean you should have no issue selling it for $3500 , with a few "dings and scuffs" i would guess about $3200
