hi my crf has just had a top end rebuild including main bearings con rod piston an rings etc and new clutch plus water pump kit, it has been run in etc but it is using a lot of anti freeze and i think it has some in the engine oil, the bike is ok to start cold an still runs mint as but when its warm its hard to kick start an when u get it going it gives out a puff of smoke, also every now an then the over flow on radiator gives out a big squirt of anti freeze an the squirting has only started since i heard a leak in the top rad hose an tightened it, any help appreciated

Sounds like a blown head gasket , it might have been damaged during installation , your only option is to tear it apart again....sorry

+1 on the head gasket! It's no fun to do; but obviously needed.
