I have uncorked my 450x just top of airbox and taken baffle completely out replaced with NFS approved screen, and pink wire mod. now bike barely starts please help.
Need
jet info for both jets
fuel screw setting
needle position
Am at 5,400 feet
Does anyone running this setup have any jetting info. I listed on jetting forum with out any result and the TT site is worthless.

try a 165 main
a 45 pilot
the needle on the 4th clip and fuelscrew at 1 3/4.

Thanks ~ kinda creepy but nemo sucks. I really appreciate it and I will adj this weekend before i go watch arena cross. To the above reply mabye there is some confusion on the baffel. I gutted teh entire muffler so now it is just a can. Hence I installed a screen for a spark-arester that is NSF compliant. Are you infering that there is a spark arrester in the header, (or something)? Not in mine
