Kudos to Rocky Mountain ATV and MC

I had purchased a WER steering stabilizer from Rocky Mountain and the stabilizer didn't work very well so I sent it back to WER. WER said it was inherent to the off center design and sent it back. I called Rocky Mountain to see if they could do something about it and they no longer carry the product so they had no luck either but said they would refund half the purchas price. I would not recommend the WER steering stabilizer to any one and do appreciate Rocky Mountains customer service. Ken set me up with a Scotts sub mount and I cant wait to put it on. Moral of the story don't try to save a few bucks get a well known product to begin with. The brown truck just showed up, thanks Ken one day service.

You're going to love the Scotts.
I've thought of trying a WER (they do have their fans) for my wifes TTR-125, she could really use one, so I thought that because of how it mounts I could make that work.
I sent them an e-mail and they never responded, which for me crosses them off the future purchase list. GPR sent a curt, fragmented, gramatical chaos response which put them on the same list as WER.
Scotts has no tower or kit for the TTR, but at least sent a courteous response. Doug

Doug the problem I had with the WER unit was that when turnning left or right from center the resistance definitely was not the same.

FOR SURE! There is NOTHING more aggravating than a cutomer (ME!) willing to give them money for their product and just being blown off. :x

I recently bought a Twenty20 helmet cam from Ken. One of the main reasons I bought a Twenty20 was because when I emailed Helmetcamera. com, Bulletcam.com, hoyttech.com, and Twenty20.com...20/20 were the ONLY guys to respond.

Makes you wonder why these jerk-offs out there even have a "Contact Us" choice on their website? It'll be those same dickweeds that won't understand why they went out of business. Pure stupidity....

Exactly. It makes me think if I have a problem I'll be getting "Your call is very important to us", etc.etc. No Thanks.
The best big mail order house I've ever used is Dennis Kirk, their web site blows to search for stuff on, though their phone service and shipping speed is great.
The best I've ever purchased from regardless of size is Ken,and the personal service is so good that guilt keeps me buying from anywhere else ! :) Doug
