Follow the directions in your kit for the elevation you ride at. You should be from sea level to 3k ft.
for Cal City.

I ride mostly at Cal City. Here are my current SoCal winter settings. Your mileage may vary.


2005 450x

Airbox side vents opened and snorkel removed
Twin Air Powerflow filter
Smog crap removed
White Bros E2 with sparky quiet tip in


Stock Pilot (45)
Fuel Screw 2.5 turns out
Red tip JD needle with clip in the middle position
170 Main jet

I'll be going with the 48 pilot really soon so I don't have to back the fuel screw out so much due to this colder denser winter air.
