That sucks, and people if you don't have insurance
get,it's cheap for off-road bikes,I mean real cheap. Progresive and Geico are very aggresive with their rates, mine ,with 4K added for add ons I think is about 125 a year.
I got to pay for the x for 4 more years.
So I guess you and your bank thought Homeowners covered it ? Something screwed up, because most banks want themselves listed as "Loss Payee"for the vehicle they financed through the insurance company in question, and that should have exposed the lack of coverage. For that much money, I'd at least talk to a lawyer.
Get your VIN out there bud, I hope you get it back . Doug

I have insurance from Geico. It is only $117.00 a year and covers theft, vandalism, collision, property damage to others (up to $5,000) and personal liability ($15,000 / $30,000). $500.00 deductible.

I sure do sleep a little better knowing I am covered.

    damn that sux

i must say that a theif would take a day and a half to get my bike.

there are five thick chains which are embedded in the concrete wrapping through the bike frame with heavy duty padlocks. the exterior of the shed is protected by a steel frame around the window and a circular padlock on the outside door. plus, there isnt electricity in the shed so that a theif cannot plug his power tool and rip me off. i also have 5 dogs :P
