I actually just got off the phone with a Mt.Pino Ranger, and he said possibly the middle of this summer. So it might not be as bad as we think.

Yea, the top of Alamo, where the trail dumps, should be a blast. also, Rob wants to finish up with Miller, and 128, He-He! :)

Cool, it's nice up on top. Little forested area at the top of Miller.

Ran across a bunch of photos a few days ago. All my Baja photos and found a bunch of the last excursion up the Miller Jeep Road. Bunch going thru Lockwood creek as well. Ah, the memories...

double Black. nothin' a Medivac and good hospital can't fix. just kiddin'. heres how single track it is: most singles can be seen with Google Earth, Snowy Creek Trail cannot be seen. i am personally bummed that i'll never get to do Snowy due to my lack of stamina, woulda been fun.

It is 14 miles and can be an all day trip. Go over to the TT Cali forum and do a search. There are some pics and ride reports over there. You can also search Miller Jeep Trail. I have yet to do snowy but i am looking forward to the punishment. I have done Miller and it is no cake walk. Last time i did it was on a 01 cr250 and it had too tall of gearing and was running way to rich. I hope it will be alot easier with the 450X. I cant wait to ride the LPNF again. There is also always the Piutes on the west side of Kelso Valley Rd. We would need a guide for that area. ~ Scott

due to my inherent slowness, my X boiled no less than 5 times on Miller, and went down no less than 4 times. the top was the most welcome sight of all.
