Come on DD, you can find a way to get a Fri and Mon off with 4 to 6 mos notice at work and maybe trade weekends with your son?

If you want to to ride the best in NorCal lets do it on a non-holiday weekend!

A guy with your charm and personality should have no problem getting a measley two days off with that much advance notice! ;) :P

Joe nailed it. I will try to make it work, especially if it is a non-holiday weekend. I have heard nothing but praise for Stonyford. My son and I rode up in Bald Mountain summer before last and had a great time. Rode for 4 days and never once saw another soul on the trails (weekday riding).

My time off of work is planned 12 months in advance.

I will not switch my weekends with my son.

That weekend is the best I can do, Looks like I might have to go up and see Randy.

One way or the other I am road dogging it some where that weekend.

:D Hey guy's lets go to Stonyford, just rode there today & that place was empty. Even if it was full in the campsites, there are so many trails, you wouldn't run out of space even if you tried :P Also if you don't want to camp there are plenty of motels in Williams, just an hour away.( also no rangers checking our bikes or tickets).

    Hello All

Back on line after a few months. I have a place 5 miles up outside of Georgetown, and ride there quite often. Excellent riding for sure.

But Stoneyford is great for the wide open spaces. Look forward in hooking up with the NorCal riders, as we are always game for some excellent riding!

    Cheers

Get a date early enough for me to secure the the time off and I'm game for Stonyford.

I have 12 acres where I am building my new house down the road off of Wentworth Springs 1/2 mile from Rock Creek. So I'm up there every week.
But I have a plate on my 450X so I ride all over that area. Bald Mountian Rocks! But so does out to Volcanoville.

I want to do the Rubicon this summer. The idea of riding out to Tahoe for the day is a great idea.

I'm pretty sure we'll be able to put together a solid ride on ANY weekend in the hill's up here.

We could proll'y put in a couple of scoutin' rides and put togehter a nice -2- dayer -or- hold out for the Redding Dirt Riders -2- Day in May...if I can get them to let a Bunch of MadasssDezHeads come?!?!?!?!?!

BTW, had a BLAST ridin' w/ya, Bro!

You hold a good line and I was real comfortable bouncin' whoops at 60 w/ya!
Your guy from Bakersfield was pretty cool, too.
