Bingo. About the only relevant test at that point would be for a specific fuel type. Just to be sure the boys don't run some high-oxygen fuel that nobody else does. After all, that's why RC and Stewart are so fast, right? It must be their illegal fuel.

Here's a thought, with respect to RC's comment about not cheating with fuel; does the tech inspection actually check engine specs? Can someone run a big bore without being caught? I wonder what the tech inspection actually checks.

Watching RC, Stewart and Chad Reed ride in person really showed the advantage they hold over the rest of the field talent wise. Those three were riding the heII out of their bikes and were riding away from the competition at will. They even started to lap the field on the sixth lap of a twenty lap race. It really wouldn't of mattered if you gave all the other riders super fuel, because they just don't possess the talent that the top three had last Saturday night................ :D

Ryan Villopoto was pretty damn fast too. The 250's were turning some pretty fast lap times.

He rode awesome! I can only wait until he moves up, then Stewart will feel the heat of the younger redhead. He is going to be a big threat to Bubba someday, but for right now he rocks on the Lites. I didn't mean to leave him out, it's just that he isn't in the big show yet. But he will be soon.

So it's looking like the AMA lab screwed this up. Ya think? Check out Steve Bruhn's blog...
