    PG, as I have stated, the weekend of the 4th is just too much traffic, etc. for me. I also expect more traffic on the trails. I don't know how Oregon is, but we don't need any Rowher incidents! :)

    JAWS -

    Traffic in S. Oregon is four cars in front of you at a stop sign.

    As for trails, in my numerous rides up at Prospect, only twice have we ever even seen someone else on the trails, so do let Rowher influence you.

    "Traffic" will not be bad as the 4th is mid week, and being that we may very well move the rides to a following week, your traffic concerns should be mitigated.

    Just plan on heading north, you won't regret it!

    Thanks, Brad. I am most concerned about the California traffic and the 4th weekend. I have been in it and nearly involved in something too many times. It's the worst when the folks are returning home. It's bad at the end of almost every holiday.

    I really want to ride Oregon,, and Idaho for that matter.

    I can see Obi Jaws on the trail now using "force push"

    to keep the path clear...
