    Torch, Plasma cutter, chop saw, then just epoxy it back together.

    Just logged on and saw this.
    It is not an impossible task and the 739 is an awesome rear. Kinda like learning to wheely your bike....u don't learn it the first time you loft the wheel.
    Use three (3) tire irons a little at a time and don't get greedy. Changed a bunch of these on the trail..watch where the lower bead is when you are attempting to slip in the upper one. Baby powder the tube, small amount of lube...lift the tire up 180 degrees from the area you are trying to slip in. Once you get it, you will always remember how. The compound on the sidewall is stiff. For a reason! Tuff durable off-road tire.
    Hope this helps.....too many fat tires on this end. (as in New Belgium!)
