hello!

i have one stupid problem about my dirt bike!
i have honda crf 450 r - 2009 year!

So i decided to make a general servis, so i have ordered all the parts (new rod with bearing, main bearings, etc...)

now if someone know the 2 main bearing (bearing of shaft) in this model is different, one is completed, and the other one is separated, what means the inner part of bearing is mounted on shaft and then when you put the machine together they combine..

Image

so now the problem, i need that part on the picture below.
but the biggest problem is because this part only comes with new shaft (witch is 500€+) and i have already buy the new rod with bearing and give it to pressing and centering.

Image

now i want to know if someone maybe have the same problem and what can be solution,
because i think when you change the main bearings and you dont change this part, you have not done much..

thanks for your answers!

This parts isn't supposed to go off, if this is the case, your crank is wasted.

Your cheaper option is to find a good reputation machine shop to make another one for you and press it on the crankshaft

I don't know about the CRF's so much but the updated OEM crank on the TRX450r's (04/05) comes with a collar like that. You need to put it on crank before installing the crank is easier. Freeze crank, heat collar, just slip it on.

This is for the TRX450r's though..
