06 crf250r water seal replacement

    by leirhiht » Sun Jul 28, 2013 8:26 pm

so ive got a 06 crf250r that im replacing the water seal because my weep hole was leaking coolant. ive got two questions hoping i can get some help with.

    1) when i took the right case cover off a washer fell off and i dont know what it goes to, its about the size of a quarter. i THINK it goes on the kick start shaft. i have a picture[img]

    2) the coolant bypass pipe on the casing is kinda of bent and i want to replace it. the service manual says to take it out but it is stuck in the casing good. is there a special trick to removing it or just use some pliers and yank it out? [/img]Image
