crf 150r hard starting

whats up guys got a brand new 2013 crf 150R a couple months ago, and its hard to start when its cold takes maybe 10-15 kicks compared to like 3 max on my 05 crf450r and until till it gets warmerd up the throttle is seems super sluggish and not very resposive. looking for ideas on how to resolve this. would bumping up the pilot jet size help or should i adjust the card settings?
