I pulled the throttle shaft out and dropped the washers off the shaft before I had a chance to look at the order. I know both of them go between the RT side of the link arm and carb body, but I do not know if the metal or plastic goes against the link. Looking at the wear patter, I am only guessing that the metal goes against the link arm.

Anyone know for sure?
