    throttle tight/sticking

    2006 crf450r and throttle is wicked tight and doesn't snap back. How do I loosen it up?

    I would try getting a cable luber and some cable lube. When you get that first take some brake cleaner and spray through the cables then the lube. If that doesnt loosen them up you will need new cables.

    Grease, dirt, grime builds up under the throttle tube & you loose that snappy feeling also.
    Like Edge stated - cables need a little love too.

    If you have guards make sure the drag is not at the grip end also.
