gold flakes in transmission oil. Need advice!!

Hello all. Im new to the site and i am glad to be on here. I have a question for anyone who can help. I changed my tranny and engine oil in my 07 crf250r yesterday, "I will attempt to put a link to the picture of the used oil at the end of this post" Anyway, my engine oil looks great no metal shavings at all actually and none in the oil filter either. However my tranny oil has a LOT of fine gold metal shavings in it. Some info on the maintnance of my bike, I did a complete topend rebuild 20 hours ago. I do not race I mostly trail ride I ride fairly hard at times but I dont think I have ever hit the rev limiter even once. The bottom end of the bike has never been worked on or replaced. Are all of the gold flakes in my tranny oil a sure sign of crank failure coming soon? for what its worth the bike runs great. http://www.crfsonly.com/forum/album_pic.php?pic_id=2456

No crank issue. The transmission is separate of the motor. The crank is lubed from the motor oil. Crank failure will have particles showing up in filter. Most likely the shavings you see in the tranny oil is clutch related. Pull the clutch out and inspect the basket, bet you'll find some bad grooves from the plates wearing the basket.
