    What's the best oil to run in a 05 crf450r

    I run Castrol 10-40 normally and switch
    to Castrol 20-50 in the HOT summer here
    in West Texas. May get flamed but OH WELL,
    it works for me.

    i run Rotella t synthetic 5w-40 on the engine side and Rotella 15-40 on clutch side.
