Can you tell me what is the recommended spark plug for a 2006 and 2009 CRF250R? The bikes are both used to race. The 2006 is stock with the exception of a Wiseco piston. The 2009 has a Hot Rods crank and cam and a Wiseco piston.

I have an 05 crf450r, use it for desert and trail riding in colorado. can I substitute a regular plug for the more expensive iridium?
