removed front wheel on my 450xi for maintence,reinstalled wheel per service manuel protocol and the wheel will not spin this is a list of what has been replaced to resolve problem new wheel,new axle, new brake pads service manuel specs for axle is 65ft lbs l/r pinch bolts are 14 one side and 15ft lbs the other.cant figure out why this is happing any suggestions

May start by removing the brake caliper and see if the resistance is in the wheel or the brake assy.
work backwards to find where your problem is.

question : Did you torque the pinch bolts first, then the axle nut ? If not, you may have the wheel hub in a bind. But first start with the brake caliper removal.

Wheel spacers correct? The brake rotor bent? Look at the gap in the caliper and make sure the rotor is centered and not binding to either side.
