i have 2003 CRF450R and it has water leaking out of the head gasket. I have never replaced one before how do i replace it? does any one have pick's or how to diagram

You will need a factory service manual. It will walk you through dissasembling the top end.

welcome to CRF's Only. as suggested, you don't want to do this work without a service manual. you'll need not only the steps but the torque values.
