Hi guys,

i recently bought a stripped down bike as a project for the winter and was wondering if anyone had any good places to start the build. im mainly focused on the motor right now because thats the section that needs the most work. any tips on where to start?

what kind of work does it need? if motor, what kind of motor work? did you check the valve clearance before breaking into it? check the piston and rings for spec. same with the crank and rod. what did the oil filter look like? any brass/bronze metal shavings? any known damage to the motor?

Good advice. clean and then inspect all parts u will need a manual or lap top so that you get the correct name or part no make a list of all you need to replace and start spending
