I ride a05 crf450r, trail ride and climb hills, i have always had a problem with when i stop for a few seconds and go to take back off soon as i give it a little gas it will lightly pop and die and some times it does it when i get in a tight spot. It has a hot cam fmf pipe and header stock jets. Any sugestions, i have adjusted the fuel screw got it better but it still does it sometimes.

as long as there is nothing else wrong with your carb (which is likely if you've always had this problem) if you are running stock jetting with a hot cam likely your jetting is lean. also, if your accelerator pump us stock you could benefit from doing the AP mod or getting either an adjustable AP cover or the updated Honda AP kit.

Do you think that the boyesen Quick shot 2 that you have would help it, and going up one size bigger on both jets?
