Q4 muffler, difference b/w X and R models

Just wonderign if their is a difference between the 250R and 250X FMF Q4 mufflers for 2004-2005 R. Will the X fit the R, and vice versa.

the '04-05 250R Q4 and the '04-12 250X Q4 are the same slip on.
