Off cambers close your eyes and pray.

I've done lip skids on off-cambers a time or two.

They've put up extra cables around the gates to keep me out. they've become very pissed at me lol. In another month it'll b fine cuz huntin season will be over

Keep up your momentum. Stay as light on the bike as possible, as soon as your front tire clears the root roll off the throttle because any additional acceleration will make you lose traction and follow the root. your bike should just track a straight line. Also, stay standing and neutral on the bike, if your rear tire follows it keep looking the direction you want to go, you will stay straight and wont go down.
All "R" parts will fit on an "X" if you try hard enough...

I had good luck this weekend with the roots by just going for it.

Okay, that was only a part of it.

I was standing, a big key for me, and trying to keep the front end light or lift it slightly and use momentum to get over them. Worked really well, they were at an angle and only damp but there were plenty of puddles to keep the tires wet.

As I was going over them, I could feel the back end kick out pretty good to the side, but I was loose and standing and it came right back inline. Normally if I go slow, and sit, when the back end kicks or slides I go with it and crash. It wasn't easy and there was some good pucker factor!

If it's really steep and hard going, it's just rough.
