how do I load a picture as or under my profile name
Edit your profile. Right under the PHOTOS and LOGOUT button in the upper right hand corner, there is an EDIT PROFILE choice. Click it. Go down to the bottom of your profile. It's the very bottom stuff (Loading Avatar.) Follow instructions....
If you don't already have an avatar in mind, you can do a Google for avatar and you'll get about a million hits.
