i tried to get my wife into riding...turns out she had a pretty nasty fall as a youth on a MOPED of all things. going around a turn as fast as that thing would go and hit some sand and the wheels slide out from under her. of course she was wearing shorts and tank top...so was pretty much covered in road rash. after than the only two-wheeled thing i've been able to get her on is a bicycle.
