bad,
not one order ever was delivered as ordered or as promised on the phone
non of the chicks on a perch that answer the phone seems to know the back of a bike from the front
do never ask questions, they do not know an answer
prices are different between web, mag and phone
no fraight at +100$orders? they made me pay twice plus the fraight to get wrong boots back to them - their mistake not mine - refund? nada!

was this just a one time hard luck deal, or has it happened more than once?

ordered from them 3 times
3 times a mess
called several times to find out more about some product or availability, each and every time they did not seem to know what they are talking about, very high-tech questions like if a certain handlebar was 7/8 or 1 1/8 since not mentioned in the catalogue or the had a certain pair of pants in a 32, or what US size I was to order Sidis (Italian boots) if I need a 44 Euro ...

I order from them quit a bit and have only had a problem one time. I ordered a piece of plastic that they said they had and then called back and said it wos on backorder. Took 2 extra weeks to get it. Other than that no problems!

well, i dont want to wait (an extra 2 weeks) plus the original time the order would take just for something i could get about 40 different places! i usually order from the local honda shop.... but have been waiting a week and 2 days for my graphics kit to come in! my dad ordered a pipe and silencer from dennis kirk, and it took 3 days to get here! i will know to leave chaparall alone!

The extra time really wasn't their fault because they can only sell however much of the product that the supplier gives them. My part was on a national backorder. Nothing they could do about it.
bad salesman

I phoned a salesman at chapparal just before the big annual venders sale, and told him I was interested in an 04 yz450. He told me he had ten in stock. Coming from a couple hundred miles away he assured me that he would hold one for me, and quoted me a killer price over the phone. When I got there just after they opened , he informed me that they had sold all of them. I was pissed! The only good part of the story is I decided to by an 05 honda 450, even though it was a little over my budget, but I'm glad I did. I love the honda, and ride it ever chance I get! Moral of the story, don't trust salesmen!
