hey you, the reason i am out of school so early is because the drug dog came in today and the officer said the dog was hitting on my locker alot. so they cleaned my locker out and found a book and opened it, then they said it smelled like marijuana! they called me into the office to tell me this and kicked me out of school until i take a drug test with the results negative. i took the test today and it was all negative! anyways can i sue the school or atleast get reimbursed for the money we had to spend on the test? also this will give me a bad name! what can i do?

oh and they took the same book and put it on the other side of the school and the dog still found it! i am using new cologne but the officer said that wouldnt make a difference!

Hey man that sucks! I don't know what to say but if you are clean stick to your guns and you can have the last laugh. Let them keep doing the drug test and when they keep coming back negative shove em down their throat. If it is like schools around here they use the same book for several years and one of the previous punks had the marijuana. Anyway good luck and stay clean man!

thanks man! i cant get back into school until i get the actual lab results, which will be sometime tomorrow! ive been clean and serene for 15 years and 9 days now! them punks just like to pick on the dudes with longer hair!

Tough break, i doubt there is any legal recourse you can take against the school. I am with dnold, let them keep testing you and wasting their money and when the tests are negative just smile and walk away. (then kill the drug dog when noone is looking). Just kidding.

On the bright side - at least you are out of school! Back in my day, they would throw you into detention (a small hot room with no windows) with nothing to do but lots of extra homework and they really enjoyed piling it on. Seriously, there worse things that could happen. Stay clean, avoid the bad element, and get rid of that book and you will get your good name back in no time. The money for the test is pretty much history (pardon the pun)

You can go to the local paper and get a public appoligy. Let EVERYBODY know how they treated you and maybe they think twice next time.
