    sorry

    by wade » Tue Jun 22, 2004 6:21 am

Sorry I have not posted in a while....I usually do this at work ( I work 12 hrs a day ) and they are starting to moniter what we do on the internet so we don't get virus's at work, even though there is no way of getting one off this site I don't want them to freek. I am also in the process of a divorce, that pretty much sucks but at least I get to keep my bike. Lose the wife but keep the bike....seems fair to me :D . I do read the site everyday so if you need me just post a topic or private message me, I will get it and I will try to post more often so you know I am still alive...Thanks for the concern.

the bikes have never been a problem,
but finding someone to ride with
    I feel so silly
never had that happen at home,
    there I was barely comeptitive
but here so far I only met one fast guy, he will be working out of state the next some weeks
the rest either takes a break virtually every five minutes or barely can fight gravity

and now I have to deal with jelause wifes or men who fear them

ev...on the taking breaks front...that's a huge pet peeve with me. i've ridden with some who like you said take a break virtually every 5 minutes. fortunately, the primary person i ride offroad with doesn't like taken breaks either so it's all out until we run out of gas, break a bike or ourselves, or are just too exhausted to continue.

well guys i guess i'm just one of the lucky ones!! my bike is parked right beside the kitchen table  and my wife is cool with it. matter of fact i did the whole power up kit sitting at the kitchen table. i've got a pretty cool wife i'd say. she never complains. ( about the bike parked in the kitchen ayway..lol ) now when it comes the weekend and its time to ride thats another story.. :)

as far as the takeing breaks every five minutes while riding, well most of the people i ride with are on four wheelers so usually were all going so slow no one gets tired :( i get lucky sometimes and maybe pass them all up on the way back to the truck. there all riding slow so i pass them without much effort. it boost my confidence anyway!! lol. anywho, sorry for the rambling!!
