I've received that same message not once but twice!! They are very strict with what you can post over there. The last warning was re: a link to the manufacturers website for the kouba lowering linkage. Someone had asked about lowering the 230 and I said "check this out" with the link and they didn't like it. They edited my post and removed the link.

I deleted the post and sent the guy a mail instead
