I change my own tires, street or dirt. If I'm at work, I'll use the tire machine on all except the 21"fronts,(the machine's arm won't reach that far,was made for car tires.). I once had to change a tire on the trail with a screwdriver and a stick. It's simple once you learn the tricks.
P.S. I used to work at a bike shop and one of my duties was changing tires.

I bring them to the shop at the end of my street. If I buy the tires from him he'll mount them for free.

Why would you take an extra front tire with you on a trail? lol

Do it all myself, mount, balance dirt and street, tubed and tubeless.

Got everything I needed from Harbor Freight, for less than the dealer charges to mount one tire.

I believe the record at an ISDE is just over a minute.
One bead off, tube out, new tube in and bead back over ready to take air.

Sounds like formula one pit crew rather than a rider in the middle of east nowhere, God forsaken hole that they seem to have the ISDE.

I have seen the video the hands are just a blur.

Never complain about 21 or 18 until you have done a flat on a CR80 16 inch rear. The toughest Dunlop I have ever come across.
