What would cause 2004 crf 50 to seem like it has little power and it looses half of that after u ride for 10 minutes?

A lot more info is needed here .... can you explain what led up to this ??? , did you just buy the bike ?? , was it sitting for several months ?? ..... the more details you give , the easier it is to diagnose ....
