easiest way to drain fork oil?

I noticed a allen bolt on the bottom of the forks. Do you take that out to drain the fork oil? Or do I have to take the forks off and turn them upside down?

It's ok. I took the forks off today and have them hanging upside down, draining into a buket. The fork seals and seal savers won't be here til Wed, so they should have plenty of time to drain. I'm going to paint the triple clamp and fork legs while I have it apart.
