another one of those places I keep raving about is in the little town of Figueres in north-eastern Spain
they have a MX-track almost in town, next to their medieval castle
you can use it for free
it is gigantic, it is fast, with strange downhill jumps into the staights, looong straights
when I fist saw someone approach a table people were standing on and chatting I was horryfied, but the Spaniards are a little crazy, they jump the table and the people on top of it
the best part is that no one cares if you extend your riding through the parks and wilderness around the castle, there are lots of trail-tracks around
no wonder, GasGas are built only 20 miles away

sounds pretty cool...have you ridden there or just visited the area? do you have any pictures of them jumping that table with people on it? post them if you do...we'd all like to see them.

was there for two weeks winter-training
done ride the track but mostly just ridden off-road, as long as you are not a group of more than 6 normally nobody cares where you do ride in Spain, we were only two, even in the hm, national park ?, north of Rosas nobody ever stopped us and that was rough and rocky terrain, steep hills and a wide, dry riverbed with fistsize gravel,
I had brougth my XR250, a backup XL200R and a then brandnew CRM250AR and learned she is the sweetest bike for dual-touring in the roughest terrain, but not for mx or harescrambling - sold her a month later
no pics of those sky high nuts, sorry, we found the track by accident, did not expect anything like that in town and normally I do not run around with a camera
put a pic of the CRM in the members album
