I grew up/learned to ride in Tulsa. We rode at Appalachia Bay (Keystone Lake ORV area) and some open riding up in Miami. That was 20 years ago, though.

I haven't been there yet, I hear quads have taken over, but would like to see for myself. I mainly ride at the Stillwater Cycle Park, 500 ac of trails with small MX track for adults and kids.

Texas929, thanks for the info. That place looks like alot of fun. Are there alot of Quads or is it mainly bikes? Are the trails marked well and does everyone ride in the same direction or is it just a free for all?

There are both quads and bikes and people say you can get lost easy if so either stay close in or take someone who has been there a lot.
Either way it is a fun place.

I went to LITTLE SAHARA state park {1600 acres of sand tow main dunes with trails around the outside} if you are into the dunes. the park office gave me info on about 3 US FOREST sites and 4 privet places.
The first of the year I am going to try and get a group together for the dunes. Went this year alone and had the whole place to myself. It is a mime Glimes

Its not done yet, but I am making a Google Earth map of the riding areas in and around Oklahoma. This is useful especially to GPS users because you can just program the coordinates into your GPS.
There are still a number of them that I don't have on there such as Anadarko, Cogar, Ada, Rush Springs, etc. If you know of any, post up the location or directions to the riding area.

Oh, and of course, you need to download Google Earth to view the file.
