    Sweet ! 8)

Is the R and RX head identical ?? , and what exactly are you looking to get out of it ? , changing the power delivery (removing the harshness ? etc) or just refining the valve seats with a different cut and replacing the valves with Stainless ?? :-k

Yes, the 2017 CRF450R and 2017 CRF450RX are the same head. Looking for the typical more power everywhere, but specifically more power down low as well looking to improve power delivery down low.

Cool , i am definitely wanting one bad , but unfortunately i have to pay off my truck first , though i just re-valved my suspension yesterday and rode today and its much better now with my wrist , i rode so much today i got blisters on the palm of my hand , and wore right thru a ODI grip (clutch side) , but i can actually hold on to the bike....more or less.....a lot better than i could last weekend with my old valving , i stiffened up the compression stack and softened the Mid-Valve , it helped a lot with the square edge stuff and is not beating me to death now ....which is now getting me wanting to get a RX.....but as mentioned , the truck has 4 more years of payments before i can take on another payment..... hopefully 61 or 62 wont be too old to get a RX :-k [-oo 8-[
