You did not mention what year 450R
You can either remove the 2 cam sprocket bolts , then slip the chain over the sprocket , then put a bolt in , then snug it , then spin the engine then put the other bolt in , then torque them to spec
OR , you can unbolt the 4 cam tower bolts , then tip the tower to the left side so you put on the chain , then flip it back and re-tighten/torque
