Is it better that way or is it better to run the transmission oil?

From what I have learned over the the years, I think it is fine either way. Especially if you change your oils frequently. Changing your oil and cleaning your air filter frequently will extend the life of your valves. I change my oil every 5 - 6 hours and clean my air filter after every ride day. Maybe over kill but after 65 hours my valves were still almost with in spec. However, I do use Honda transmission fluid in the tranny. I change the transmission fluid with every other oil change.
