Removing cylinder to get to piston. Won't budge!

I am removing the cylinder to get to the piston on my 2003 CRF150F. This is the first time the cylinder will be removed (since new) and I can not get it to budge. I am following the Honda Factory manual and it looks like you just lift it up (maybe after a few good hits with a rubber mallet). Any ideas. Here is a quick video of what I am seeing:

Just wanted to update and say I was able to remove the cylinder. It took some doing (using a lever underneath on two sides while pushing up) but I assume that may be normal for a not being removed for 19 years. :)

They can get stuck down sometimes. Better than a leaky base gasket though.

It starts,it runs,it gets to where all CRFs can get to without the valve or valve plate dramas
