Fuel shooting out of overflow hose

Just picked up a 2007 Honda CRF150F a couple of weeks ago. Went out the first weekend with no issues. The next weekend, brought out a new rider. 2 times after he rode the bike, fuel started shooting out of the overflow hose when he rode back into the staging area. I did find out that on one of the occasions, he laid down the bike about 5 minutes before he rode into the staging area and the fuel shot out. The fuel comes out pretty fast and stops after 4-5 seconds. Do you think this is happening because the bike was laid down, or that their is a problem with the floats? Thank you.

Would suggest the needle and seat is not sealing. Pull the float bowl and ensure everything is clean and no grit from fuel tank stopping the needle sealing.
Might be the float not closing pressing against the needle but most times it is dirt.

Be careful not to lose any bits when pulling apart.
