Not sure how little/much you want to spend but you have several options Sadly none are cheap.
You have the CRF150R fork conversion which will have to be built for your weight and will require some steering stem work. There's the CRF230 forks which bolt right up but would need reworking. Nothing is a plug and play cure for these anemic front suspensions.
The rear can be fixed with a Hagon or Fox rear shock to the tune of $500.00 or more.
The stock shock and forks can be rebuilt by a couple of different sources and are the least expensive of the mods. The 190 wt may be a challenge for the spindly 150F forks. You would have to contact the guys that do the work and advise the type of riding you do. They will tell you just what they can do with what you provide them.
BBR heavy duty springs are NOT the answer.
