Unfortunately the 150f had issues with there kick starter gears which required a careful and proper kick starting technique. Are they stripped or broken in the case?. Is there metal in the oil? An option is to convert it to an e start using the 230 system. I did this to mine to avoid using and possibly damaging the KS gears. Its an easy bolt together project. Ebay was my source for parts and I got the list of needed parts from a posting on another website. If you are interested in this conversion PM me and I can give you some info.
